Business (permanent) - 888
Business Innovation and Investment (permanent) (subclass 888).
This visa lets holders of the Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188), who were nominated by the ACT government, apply for permanent residence after they have met their nomination obligations to undertake investment activity in the ACT.
This visa has five streams:
A. Business Innovation stream: this is a permanent visa for people with business skills who invested at least $200,000 to establish or purchase a business in Canberra.
B. Investor stream: the ACT does not participate in this stream.
C. Significant Investor stream. This is a permanent visa for people who invested A$5 million into a complying investment of economic benefit to Canberra.
D. Premium Investor stream: the ACT does not participate in this stream.
E. Entrepreneur stream. This is a permanent visa for people who are undertook an entrepreneurial venture in Canberra.
